Jawahar Ram, born on January 26, 1934, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Bihar cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and Political Science. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Under Secretary, Director, Joint Director, Deputy Development Commissioner, and Managing Director. His most recent position was Editor in the Culture Department from July 1, 1991, to January 1, 1992.
