Jatinder Singh, born on January 5, 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Punjab cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and Sanskrit, including a postgraduate degree in Sanskrit. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities such as Sub-Divisional Officer, Deputy Secretary, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Secretary, Director, Joint Secretary, and Member. His most recent position was Additional Secretary in the Water Resources Department from February 1, 1993, to January 1, 1995. Singh’s extensive administrative experience spans multiple roles within the government sector.
