Jasmine, born on 17 August 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, assigned to the Maharashtra cadre. She holds a B.A. Honours in Sociology from the University of Delhi, and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Currently, she serves as the Assistant Collector at Ratnagiri, a position she assumed on 9 February 2024. She is posted in the Rajapur Sub Division and is actively serving in the IAS.
