Currently, she serves as the Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) at Basirhat, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, a position she has held since 27 October 2025. Previously, she worked as an Officer on Special Duty (OSD). Jasleen Kaur continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
