Jasjit Kaur, born on 14 October 1984, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a B.Sc. in Economics from GNDU Amritsar BBK Dev College and a postgraduate diploma in Computer Science from the University of Madras, Tamil Nadu. Currently, she serves as the District Magistrate and Collector of Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, a position she has held since 16 January 2025. Her previous roles include District Collector and Magistrate, Special Secretary, Chief Development Officer, and Joint Magistrate. She is proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
