Janak Kumar Jain, born on 22 September 1960, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2001 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including multiple terms as District Collector and as a Commissioner. His most recent appointment was as District Collector of Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh, beginning on 1 January 2018. Mr. Jain’s service reflects extensive administrative experience within the Madhya Pradesh cadre.
