Jameel Fathima Zeba, born on 29 May 1993, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2018 batch, allocated to the West Bengal cadre. She holds a graduate degree in Finance from Osmania University, Hyderabad. Currently, she serves as the Additional District Magistrate (ADM) at Cooch Behar, West Bengal, a position she has held since 27 October 2025. Prior to this, she served as an Additional District Magistrate. Jameel Fathima Zeba continues to be in active service within the Indian Administrative Service.
