Jainder Singh Chhilar, born on April 16, 1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, serving in the Haryana cadre. He holds an MSc and a PhD. Currently, he is the Special Secretary to the Government in the Finance Department of Haryana, a position he assumed on December 1, 2024. Mr. Chhilar continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of the state.
