Currently serving as Secretary in the Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Patna, Bihar since 01/01/2023, he has held various positions including Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Municipal Commissioner and CEO, Joint Secretary, Deputy Development Commissioner and CEO, SDO/SDM, Assistant Collector and Executive Magistrate, and Officer Trainee. He holds a B.A. in Economics, a Certificate in Procurement, and completed NET Varanasi in History. Singh is proficient in English and Hindi and has received multiple awards including Certificates of Appreciation for state progress and skill training initiatives.
