Jai Singh, born on February 1, 1977, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a B.A. in Economics, an M.A. in History, and an M.A. in Economics. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Revenue and Land Reforms Department at Patna, Bihar, a position he has held since January 1, 2023. Proficient in English and Hindi, Jai Singh continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
