Jai Shankar Dubey, born on 14 August 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, belonging to the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He is currently serving as the Special Secretary in the Finance Department at Lucknow, a position he has held since 9 June 2022. Mr. Dubey continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh through his role in the Finance Department.
