Jai Kishan, born on August 13, 1992, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, serving in the Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. Currently, he is the Chief Development Officer (C.D.O) at Uttarkashi, a position he assumed on December 1, 2023. Jai Kishan continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration and development of the Uttarakhand region.
