Jagdish Rai, born on September 9, 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. Throughout his career, he held various positions including Assistant Magistrate, Executive Magistrate, Project Director, Joint Director, Additional Director, and Managing Director. He served as Managing Director at Kannur, Kerala, from January 1, 2007, to September 30, 2013. His most recent association was with the Industrial Development Department.
