Jagdish Prasad Meena, born on 20 May 1971, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2004 batch, serving in the West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree from IIT Kanpur. Currently, he is the Secretary of the Women and Child Development and Social Welfare Department, West Bengal, a position he has held since 17 March 2026. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities, including multiple Secretary roles. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the administrative services.
