Jagdish Joshi, born on 23 February 1944, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1967 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Economics and a Certificate in International Law. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, Under Secretary, Private Secretary, District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Director, Secretary, Managing Director, Director General, Joint Secretary, Registrar, Commissioner, CEO, and Principal Secretary. His most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary in the Planning Department of Maharashtra. Mr. Joshi’s extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the state government.
