Jagannath Singh, born on 10 October 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He served in various capacities including District Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Department from 7 March 2004 to 31 October 2006. He holds a graduate degree and has contributed to the administrative services of Uttar Pradesh during his tenure.
