J V N. Subramanyam, born on 16 February 1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 Assam Meghalaya cadre. He holds a B.Com. degree from Nagarjune University, is a Chartered Accountant certified by ICAI New Delhi, and has completed postgraduate studies at IGNOU Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Special Roll Observer for the Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra, Bareilly, Jhansi, Chitrakoot, and Prayagraj divisions in Uttar Pradesh, a position he has held since 10 December 2025. He is proficient in English and Telugu and continues to serve in the IAS.
