J V N. Subramanyam, born on 16 February 1980, is a 2009 batch IAS officer of the Assam Meghalaya cadre. He holds a B.Com. degree from Nagarjune University, is a Chartered Accountant certified by ICAI New Delhi, and has completed postgraduate studies at IGNOU Delhi. Currently serving as the Special Roll Observer for the Lucknow, Kanpur, Agra, Bareilly, Jhansi, Chitrakoot, and Prayagraj divisions in Uttar Pradesh since 10 December 2025, he is proficient in English and Telugu. Subramanyam continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
