J Sudha Rani, born on March 4, 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 Andhra Pradesh cadre. She holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities throughout her career, including District Collector and Magistrate, Chief Rationing Officer, Joint Collector, Special Officer, Joint Secretary, Additional Secretary, and Member Secretary. Her most recent position was Secretary in the Election Department from September 27, 2008, to March 31, 2009. Throughout her service, she contributed to multiple administrative roles within the Andhra Pradesh cadre before retiring from the IAS.
