J K Kapoor, born on 25 December 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1985 batch, AGMUT cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in the Public Works Department. His most recent designation was Joint Secretary from 1 April 1995 to 11 January 1996. Prior to this, he held the position of Director. Throughout his career, Kapoor contributed to various administrative roles within his cadre until his retirement.
