J Ganesan, born on 25 August 1980, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 Haryana cadre. He holds a B.D.S. degree from Medical University Chennai. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer at the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for HAIDP & HCAPSD, Haryana, a position he assumed on 20 March 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various roles including CEO, Director General & Secretary, Chief Administrator, and Managing Director. Ganesan is proficient in English, Hindi, and Tamil and continues to serve in the IAS.
