J C Rathod, born on August 1, 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 Gujarat cadre. A graduate by education, he served in the Health and Family Welfare Department. His most recent position was Joint Secretary at Gandhinagar, Gujarat, from January 1, 2009, to July 31, 2010. Prior to this, he held the role of Additional Rural Development Commissioner. Throughout his career, Rathod contributed to various administrative functions within his cadre until his retirement.
