Iswar Kumar Kandoo, born on January 7, 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, assigned to the Karnataka cadre. He holds dual B.Tech degrees in Electronics and Instrumentation from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow, and GBTU Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Uttara Kannada District, a position he has held since December 9, 2022. Mr. Kandoo continues to be an active member of the Indian Administrative Service.
