Ishwar D Kanwar, born on October 18, 1936, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1900 batch, Punjab cadre. During his career, he served as Deputy Commissioner from December 1, 1991, to October 1, 1994. He also held the position of Director in the Land Revenue Department and was the Director of Census Operations. His service in various administrative roles reflects his commitment to public administration in Punjab.
