Special Secretary, Water Supply and Sanitation Department
Ishfaq, a 2011 batch IAS officer of the Punjab cadre, was born on 22 September 1963. He holds a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from Thapar University. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Chief Executive Officer, Additional Secretary, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Water Supply and Sanitation Department from 2 December 2022. Ishfaq has been honored with the Parman Patra award by the Punjab Government. He is now retired from the Indian Administrative Service.
