Isha Khosla, born on 31 January 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, AGMUT cadre. She holds a B.Com Honours in Commerce from Delhi University and a Company Secretary qualification from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Currently, she serves as Director at the Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi, since 22 August 2025. Her previous roles include Special Secretary to the Hon'ble Lt. Governor, District Magistrate, Deputy Commissioner, Secretary, Special Secretary, and A.D.C. She is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
