Isha Duhan, born on 19 February 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, assigned to the Uttar Pradesh cadre. She holds a graduate degree in Bio-Technology from Thapar University. Currently, she serves as the Managing Director at the Cooperative Sugar Mills Union, Uttar Pradesh, a position she has held since 28 October 2025. Her previous roles include Vice Chairman and Managing Director. Isha is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
