Isha, born on May 9, 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 Punjab cadre. She holds a B.Sc. from Punjab University, Chandigarh, an LL.B. from Delhi University, and an LL.M. in Business Law from Kurukshetra University, Haryana. Currently, she serves as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs since March 21, 2025. Her past roles include Chief Executive Officer, Joint Managing Director cum CEO, District Collector and District Magistrate, Director, Additional Chief Executive Officer, Special Secretary, Deputy Commissioner, Municipal Commissioner, ADC, Additional Commissioner, and Sub Divisional Magistrate. She is proficient in English and Hindi.
