Isawanda Laloo, born on 16 February 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Assam Meghalaya cadre. She holds a graduate degree in Humanities and an M.A. in English from Delhi University. Currently serving as Secretary at Meghalaya in the Personnel Department since 21 December 2025, she is actively engaged in administrative duties. Fluent in English, Isawanda Laloo continues her service in the IAS with dedication.
