Ira Singhal, born on 31 August 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, assigned to the A G M U T cadre. She holds a B.E. in Computer Engineering and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Delhi, and a Masters in Public Policy and Public Administration from Jawaharlal Nehru University. Currently, she serves as Deputy Secretary in the School Education and Literacy Department under the Ministry of Education, New Delhi, since 24 September 2025.
