Indu Dhar, born on September 4, 1959, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. She served in the Rural Development Department, holding the position of Under Secretary from March 22, 2013, to September 30, 2019. Throughout her career, she contributed to the administrative functions within her cadre until her retirement.
