Indrajit Verma, born on December 1, 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Sub Divisional Magistrate, District Collector and Magistrate, Managing Director, Special Secretary, Joint Secretary, and District Magistrate. His most recent posting was as District Magistrate of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, from December 3, 1999, to January 31, 2002.
