Indra Vikram Singh, born on June 15, 1969, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds an M.A. in Philosophy. Throughout his career, he has held positions including District Collector and Magistrate, and Collector and District Magistrate. As of January 23, 2025, he serves as Secretary in the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Lucknow. He continues to contribute to the administration in his current role.
