Ifthkar Hasan, born on December 1, 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1997 batch, Bihar cadre. During his career, he served as the Chief Electoral Officer of Bihar from December 27, 2012, to December 31, 2013. He also held the position of Additional Secretary. Post-retirement, he was associated with the State Haj Committee. Hasan's service reflects his commitment to administrative roles within the Bihar cadre.
