Hyalinge Gayatri Devidas, born on 24 February 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, Assam Meghalaya cadre. She holds a B.Tech. in Information Technology from SNDT University Mumbai. Currently, she serves as Joint Secretary in the Finance Department, a position she assumed on 30 September 2024. Ms. Devidas continues to be in active service within the IAS.
