Hussan Lal, born on August 1, 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 Punjab cadre. Holding a B.E. in Civil Engineering, he served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Secretary, Project Director, Managing Director, Director, Special Secretary, Executive Director, Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, and Principal Secretary to the Government of Punjab. His most recent position was Principal Secretary in the Department of Tourism and Culture, starting December 21, 2019. Throughout his career, he contributed to multiple administrative roles within the Punjab government.
