Hungyo Worshang, born on 25 March 1983, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, Manipur cadre. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Physics from Delhi University and an M.A. in Public Administration from Annamalai University. Currently serving as Secretary in the PHE Department, Manipur since 20 March 2024, he has held various positions including Director, Deputy Commissioner, Project Director, Joint Secretary, Sub-Divisional Officer, and Assistant Commissioner. Fluent in English and Manipuri, Hungyo Worshang continues to serve in the Manipur cadre.
