Hukum Singh Meena, born on May 2, 1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Civil Engineering and an MBA in Public Service. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Secretary at the Department of Land Resources, New Delhi (2020-2023), Joint Secretary, Secretary, Director, Joint Development Commissioner, District Collector and Magistrate, among others. He was awarded the Prime Minister Award for the National Generic Document Registration System under the Innovation - Central category. His service was primarily in the Rural Development and Department of Land Resources.
