Hivare Nisarg Gautam, born on September 8, 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, Assam Meghalaya cadre. He holds a B Tech degree from IIT. Currently, he serves as Secretary at Assam in the Chief Minister's Office, a position he has held since July 13, 2025. Prior to this, he worked as a District Commissioner. He continues to be in service, contributing to the administration of Assam Meghalaya.
