Hivare Nisarg Gautam, born on September 8, 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, Assam Meghalaya cadre. He holds a B Tech degree from IIT. Currently, he serves as Secretary at Assam in the Chief Minister Office (CMO) since March 13, 2026. His previous roles include Secretary and District Commissioner. He is actively serving in the IAS.
