Hitesh K Koya, born on 11 August 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2008 batch, Gujarat cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Collector, Collector & District Magistrate, and District Development Officer. Since 3 February 2024, he has been serving as the Development Commissioner at Gandhinagar. He is proficient in Gujarati and continues to be in service.
