Hirani Adityavikram Mohan, born on 11 February 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2018 batch, allocated to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani. Currently, he serves as the Additional District Magistrate (ADM) at Murshidabad since 23 March 2026. His previous roles include Assistant Collector and Magistrate, Additional District Magistrate, and ADM. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
