Hiralal Gothwal, born on June 3, 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1991 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, Additional Commissioner, District Collector, Director, CEO, and Additional Collector. His most recent position was Deputy Secretary in the General Administration Department of Madhya Pradesh from January 1, 2004, to June 30, 2007. Throughout his career, Gothwal contributed to the administration of Madhya Pradesh before retiring from service.
