Hira Lal, born on March 10, 1934, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. During his career, he served in the Social Justice and Empowerment Department. His most recent designation was Additional Director from June 1, 1990, to March 1, 1992. Prior to this, he held positions including Regional Food Controller and Additional Commissioner.
