Himanshu Shukla, born on June 30, 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Science from Mumbai University, Chanakya Navi Mumbai. Currently, he serves as the Collector of Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, a position he has held since September 11, 2025. His previous roles include Sub Collector, Assistant Secretary, and Director. Fluent in Hindi and Telugu, Himanshu Shukla continues to contribute to public administration in his cadre.
