Himanshu Nigam, born on 15 December 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2021 batch, assigned to the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Computer Science from Gautam Buddh Technical University. Nigam has served as Additional District Collector in Seppa. As of 12 March 2026, he is currently suspended from service.
