Himanshu Nagpal, born on December 8, 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University. Nagpal has held the position of Chief Development Officer and is currently the Municipal Commissioner at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, a role he assumed on October 28, 2025. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
