Himanshu Mangal, born on April 26, 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2023 batch. He is currently serving in the Tamil Nadu cadre following a cadre change from Tripura to Tamil Nadu on September 12, 2024, granted on marriage grounds. A graduate by education, Himanshu continues his service in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within his cadre.
