Himanshu Kaushik, born on 28 September 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Computer Science from Uttar Pradesh Technical University. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of UP Electronics Corporation. Previously, he held the position of Additional Private Secretary. He continues to be in service.
