Himanshu Jain, born on May 7, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2017 batch, serving in the Punjab cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Additional CEO, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, and Deputy Commissioner. Since March 19, 2025, he has been serving as the Deputy Commissioner at Ludhiana. Mr. Jain continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Punjab in his current role.
