Himanshu Gupta, born on 16 October 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Rajasthan cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from BITS Pilani Jhunjhunu. Currently, he serves as Commissioner and Special Secretary in the Information Technology and Communication Department of Rajasthan since 24 November 2025. Previously, he has held the position of Assistant Collector. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. Mr. Gupta continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
