Himanshu Gupta, born on April 14, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2021 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Botany from the University of Delhi. Currently, he is the Chief Development Officer at Balrampur, a position he assumed on September 14, 2024. Fluent in Hindi, Himanshu Gupta continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
