Hemraj Bairwa, born on 23 October 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, assigned to the Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Commissioner at District Kangra, Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, a position he has held since 7 February 2024. His previous roles include Deputy Commissioner, Special Secretary, Mission Director, Sub-Divisional Officer, Assistant Secretary, Additional Deputy Commissioner, and Project Director. Hemraj is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Kangra Division.
